These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeatVault, operated by BeatsBySindri ("we", "us"), available at beatsbysindri.com. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms and to the BeatVault Non-Exclusive License Agreement, which governs all beat licenses.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
One account per person. You may not share account access or resell access to the library.
Subscriptions are billed in SEK via Stripe. Plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Founding 50 discount: the first 50 paying subscribers receive 50% off their plan for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. If a Founding 50 subscription is cancelled, the discount is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Using a beat grants a non-exclusive license under the Non-Exclusive License Agreement. Your plan determines how many beats you may use per month. Unused uses do not roll over unless expressly stated. Exclusive buyouts are separate purchases; a buyout does not invalidate licenses validly granted before the buyout.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute beats as standalone instrumentals, upload them to beat/sample marketplaces, or misrepresent ownership of any beat. Violation may result in termination without refund.
All beats remain the property of the producer. You retain ownership of your original contributions (e.g. vocals, lyrics) to songs you create.
Some beats may contain samples or other third-party material. Clearing such material for your intended use is your responsibility, as detailed in the License Agreement.
We may add, modify or remove features, and may change pricing for new subscribers. Material changes to these Terms will be announced by email or on-site with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and never beyond amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the License Agreement.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer protection rights are unaffected. Disputes may be brought before Swedish courts and the applicable consumer complaint bodies.
